Directions to Iva Office

From Atlanta, GA: Take I-85 North to Exit 149 (Commerce) Turn right onto Hwy 441.  Follow it to Hwy 98 and turn left.  Continue on Hwy 98 to Comer.  Turn Left on Hwy 72 at traffic light in Comer.  Follow Hwy 72 to Elberton.  In Elberton turn left on Hwy 77 toward Hartwell.  Go 3 miles and turn right on Hwy 368.   About 11 miles you will cross Lake Russell into SC.  Hwy 368 becomes SC Hwy 184.  Follow Hwy 184 to Iva.  When it intersects into  Hwy 81, turn left.  Go  1000 yards and turn right at the building that has the train depot  painted on the side.  You will see a parking on the left.  Turn in there and park.

From Greenville. SC:  Take I-85 South to Exit  34 (Hwy 29).  Go south on Hwy29 until it intersects with Hwy 81.  Go South on Hwy 81 to Iva.  Turn left at the traffic light.  Turn  right at the next  traffic light onto E. Front St.  Hart Realty is 2 blocks down on the left.
